-Return Guidelines:

 

   Only those products purchased directly from our website at www.gotchadecals.com are eligible for a direct refund from Gotcha Graphics, LLC. All other return or refund requests should be addressed with the retailer of purchase. All eligible returns must be: Postmarked or return shipped within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipped to the address provided below.  No refunds will be issued without an RMA number. Any returns that do not include and RMA number that is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box will be refused and returned to the sender. Gotcha Graphics, LLC will not process or refund any returned shipments that are refused by the customer or marked "Return to Sender". Any and all complaints concerning damaged, incomplete or erroneous shipments must be reported to Gotcha Graphics, LLC within 10 days from the date of purchase. If your product arrived damaged, incomplete, or the wrong product was shipped, Gotcha Graphics, LLC will pay for return shipping provided that we are notified within 10 days from the date of purchase. We recommend customers use a traceable shipping method for sending return packages. Gotcha Graphics, LLC will not be responsible for any delay or loss of package in transit. Refunds of lost return shipments will be issued only if proof of receipt can be established.

   Email us at returns@gotchadecals.com and request a RMA (Return Authorization) number. Please include your Name, and Order number. Pack all purchased product in a suitable container and include a copy of the included packing sheet. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Ship the unused portion of your product(s) to:

Gotcha Graphics, LLC will process all eligible returns within 72 business hours upon receipt. A confirmation of the refund transaction will be sent via the email address provided at the time of purchase. IMPORTANT: Gotcha Graphics, LLC reserves the right to refuse any refund request based upon the abuse of our return policy.
